• The compass fulfills underwater the same functions as it does ashore, it supports the diver in his orentation, as well as  in his definition of the direction.

Material

• The instrument is mostly covered by caoutchouc.

• It is worth doing several dives with a borrowed device before you decide to buy an analogue or digital (computer) one.

Maintenance

• Mit Süsswasser nach dem Tauchgang abwaschen. Der Kompass lässt sich auch an Land auf seine Genauigkeit überprüfen und notfalls eichen.
